Solscape’s on site cafe, The Conscious Kitchen serves delicious and affordable, local organic breakfast and diners through the summer months (December to April) in a beautiful yet casual setting overlooking the Tasman Sea.

Recognising that the food needs of our guests is one of the major contributors to our ecological footprint we aim to reduce this impact by offering guests an affordable, enjoyable and unique dining option that reduces food miles, energy, waste and packaging.

Our intention with the Solscape food program is to create and make visible a whole and healthy food system for our guests to experience first hand. We do this by using Permaculture Practices in growing as much fresh produce onsite as practicable and sourcing other ingredients locally and organic when possible.
